Stress is known to disturb one’s mind with various worries which can adversely affect the total physical well-being of a person. So stress deranges ones physical as well as mental state. Ayurveda is a science which concentrates on ones physical as well as mental well-being. Ayurveda advises a healthier way of relieving stress related problems. The Satva Sthapana Chikista includes treatments like rejuvenating massages, shirodhara (oil dripping treatments on the forehead), kizhis (medicated pouch massages), pizhicil (oil bath) etc according to the different health conditions. Ayurvedic treatments along with yoga and meditation will go hand in hand during the treatment periods. The final treatment schedule will be decided after a detailed consultation with the doctor. Treatments will be finalized only after a detailed consultation with the doctor.
