No skilled beautician can hide the dull look through external applications if the skin is unhealthy inside. The ancient healing science of Ayurveda is a revolution in the world of natural skin care. It works on the Principle of knowing your skin type first and then starting with the treatments suitable to your particular type. Ayurvedic skin type of a person can be, - Vata (generally dry, thin, prone to dry, windy weather), - Pitta (pinkish, prone to freckles and moles) - Kapha (Greasy, thick, oily) - A combination of these two. At Shathayu, we consider all these factors before choosing a skin-care program for you. Shathayu Ayurveda Retreat is an NABH-accredited holistic wellness destination spread across 21 acres of greenery on the outskirts of Bengaluru. Founded by Ayurvedic physician Dr. Shyam, the retreat integrates traditional Ayurveda with Yoga, Naturopathy, Physiotherapy, nutrition and modern medical expertise. The retreat offers personalized wellness journeys for guests seeking rejuvenation, detoxification, Panchakarma, weight management, stress relief, women's wellness, pain management, cardiac rehabilitation, de-addiction and chronic disease management. Each guest undergoes consultation and health assessment before receiving a treatment plan tailored to their constitution, medical history and wellness goals. How to reach

Airways Connectivity

Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru is approximately 45 km from Shathayu Ayurveda Retreat. Airport transfers and taxis are available on request.

Railway Connectivity

Bengaluru City Junction and Yesvantpur Junction are approximately 30–35 km from the retreat and are well connected to major cities across India.

Roadway Connectivity

Shathayu Ayurveda Retreat is located near Nelamangala, around 60 minutes from central Bengaluru via NH-48. The retreat is accessible by private car, taxi or app-based cab services.

- The complete rate/fee of your treatment will be provided only after a health evaluation is done by qualified physicians.
- Laboratory reports, medicines, supplements, additional or optional therapies will be charged extra  Common Yoga (twice a day yogasanas, breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation), recreational &  swimming pool facilities are complimentary.
- Accommodation rates are inclusive of vegetarian cuisine, herbal drinks, and dietary advice  Accompanying person can select individual treatment  Extra bed (maximum 3 people in a room)
- Airport transfers are available.
- Taxes and service charges will be extra.
- Indian rates are applicable for Indian national permanent residents.

· If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, 25% of amount is chargeable. 
· If cancellation is made within 15 days of arrival, 50% of amount is chargeable. 
· If cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival, 100% of amount is chargeable.
