The Shree Hari Yoga Center in  Dharamshala offers drop-in classes and a 1-month 200, 300- & 500-hour Yoga Alliance approved TTC. Developed according to the interests of the students, the center teaches different styles of Yoga including traditional Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow. After the course completion, the TTC’s graduates can teach and practice Yoga in a well-founded and knowledgeable way. The course's also focuses on Mantras, Bandhas, Pranayamas, Mudras, Kriyas, Meditation, Philosophy, Anatomy and the art of teaching.Teachers at Shree Hari Yoga School pay attention to the physical postures of students as they do their asanas and student's will experience a holistic training in all aspects of yoga, from yoga asana to philosophy .The aim is to deepen the yoga practice, develop confidence and feel the transforming effects of the yogic lifestyle.
