Also known as Rasayana Chikitsa, this programme centres on daily hand-and-foot massage with medicated oil and cream, paired with internal rejuvenative medicines and a medicated steam bath. Sudation therapy and an Ayurvedic face pack are also included to tone facial muscles and improve the skin. This treatment includes body massage with hands and foot by medicated oil and cream.

Founded in 1997, the centre specialises in authentic Panchakarma and personalised Ayurvedic treatment, with each programme developed and supervised by experienced physicians following an individual consultation. With 69 rooms, an in-house Ayurvedic restaurant, medicine-manufacturing unit, pharmacy, yoga programmes and a location within walking distance of the beach, Dr Franklin’s combines classical Ayurvedic care with the comforts of a health resort.
