In case of a cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the following charges will apply:
- Any cancellation before 30 days of arrival date will not attract any retention charges.
- Any cancellation within 30 days and before 15 days of arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges amounting to 50% of the entire booking period.
- Any cancellation within 15 days of arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges amounting to 100% of the entire booking period.
- In case of refund, bank transactions will be deducted above cancellation charges.
