YOGA FOR PREGNANCY
Rishikesh yog sansthan introducing the Pregnancy yoga with scientific and ancient back grounds in Rishikesh, India. The goal of this program is to make the potential society for future generations. Reduce the complications of precious part of life. Living the yogic life at this yoga studio will give an idea of further life. The training by yoga experts, discussions and plans by scientific experts and diet by Indian food habits all will direct the women towards successful pregnancy.
Becoming part of evolution and creating new generation is the precious stage of Marriage life. It is in India a meditation for the women which will be supported by all family members and society living around. A year plan for self-care and 5 years plan for taking care of the kids are all part of karma yoga that a couple choose to do in their married life. This definitive path of life has to be careful enough to move on to succeed. The safe journey by taking basic mandatory steps at pregnancy time. Plan about physical practices, mental status, positive environment, diet, social plans, all together can be well done with a life style of Yoga. Her the program totally focus on the prenatal yoga, natal yoga and post-natal yoga of 9 days duration each for 27 days. Clients like women who wants to plan and the students who wants to learn are all allowed to this program. 9 days program as a treat can be retreat.

Asana: Ardhakati chakrasana, Tadasana series, Trikonasana series, Baddha kosnasana, Marjari asana, Veerabhadrasana1 & 2, Vakrasana, Pawana muktasana, Kandharasana (all asana should be performed to Middle range). Additions; Vasishtasana series, Ardha matsyendrasana, Pawana muktasana (full range)
Kriya: Jala Neti, Kapala bhati, Trataka on flower
Pranayama: Nadi shodhana, Bhramari, Surya bedha, Ujjayi
Mudra: Yoni mudra, Prana Mudra, Jnana mudra, Maha mudra, Maha veda, Maha bedha.
Bandha: Uddiyana bandha, Maha bandha
Meditation: Yoga Nidra, Imagery meditation, Japa meditation.
Daily schedule
5.30-6am: Kriya
6-7am: Chanting, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha/ Meditation
7.15-8.45am: Yoga Asana
9-10am: BREAKFAST
11.30am-1pm: Yoga Anatomy
1-2pm: LUNCH
2-3pm: LIBRARY
3.30-4.30pm: Yoga for Pregnancy (Theory)
5-6.30pm: Yoga Asana
7-8pm: DINNER
