Panchakarma Package: 10 Days

Apart from disease specific therapy we also provide preventive Panchakarma. The aim of Haritha Ayurveda center in Rishikesh is to cleanse and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit of every guest.

The special 10 day Panchakarma package includes -

Day 1 to 5 - Full body massage using various techniques like Podikkizhi and Navarakkizhi followed by steam bath and/or bath with medicated water.

Day 5 to 10 – Pizhichil therapy which is a combination of two Ayurveda techniniques of massage using oil and heat treatment. Shirodhara which is continuous pouring of medicated oil or other herbal preparation directed on the forehead of the person between the brows and Anjana is a method of treatment of the eye as expressly written in Charka Samhita and Shushruta Samhita. The material used to treat the eye can be powder (Choorna) or Fluid (Rasa).Regular readings and understanding the effects of food on our body helps the guests to understand the basic concept of health and well being. When these people get back home their strength of mind, body and spirit is considerably more than before the therapy.
