Panchakarma Panchakarma (five therapies) is the Ayurveda procedure to cleanse the body of toxic materials accumulated by disease and poor nutrition. By cleansing toxins from the body, Panchakarma helps you to rebalance the three doshas (energies) that govern all biological and mental processes of the body, mind, and consciousness, and maintain longevity.
