The five-step Panchakarma program is a cleansing and rejuvenating program for the body, mind and soul. It is known for its many benefits on one's overall health, wellness and self-healing. The three stages in Panchakarma are: Purvakarma (Preparatory stage): Here the body is prepared for the process of elimination by the processes including oral medications (Deepana) and Pizhichil which includes Snehana (Oleation) and Swedana (Sudation). These important preparatory measures prior to the Panchakarma therapy are administered for the first 4 -5 days. Pradhanakarma (Main Therapy) : This is the five-step cleansing process which includes Virechana (purgation), Vamana (emesis), Sneha vasti (medicated oil enema), Kashaya vasti (medicated decoction enema) and Nasya (nasal administration). Paschatkarma (Rejuvenation): This includes adapting a nourishing Saatvik diet plan, Yoga and meditation to keep the body supple and healthy. Package Inclusions: 1) Consultation with the Doctor 2) Accommodation for 29 nights 3) All meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).
