Nikki's Nest is a sea-side Ayurveda resort, located off an ancient fishing village in Chowara, 20 kms from Thiruvananthapuram International Airport in Kerala. The center which opened in 1996, offers authentic Ayurvedic programs and therapies with the sole aim of spreading good health and cheer.
Nikki’s Nest offers 47 rooms in 5 categories, two restaurants serving vegetarian and seafood, a sea facing yoga floor, spacious sun deck by the swimming pool, beauty parlour, gift corner and a compact library.
The Ayurvedic center at Nikki's Nest offers an expert team of 25 well-experienced masseurs, 17 treatment rooms, a wholesome Ayurveda kitchen, and energizing Yoga, creating Ayurveda wellness experiences and holidays since 1996. The center manufactures their own Ayurveda oils and treatment powders at their plantation – Duke’s Forest Lodge, under the supervision of their Ayurveda doctor. Nikki’s Nest offer both the Sodhana also known as Panchakarma and Samana form of therapy as per consultation, depending on their dosha, strength, body conditions, individual client’s requirements and physician recommendations.
There are also yoga sessions for experts, moderates and beginners everyday from Monday to Saturday.

Children up to three years old stay free of charge, and an extra bed will be provided upon availability. Children from 4-7 years of age will be charged €25 per day, which is inclusive of their accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Children from 8-14 years of age will be charged €50 per day, which is inclusive of their accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner. For children 15 years and above, the normal Bed & Breakfast rates are applicable. Charges for Child Ayurveda massages will vary depending on physique, body condition and physician recommendations.
If booking is cancelled before 30 days of arrival - No cancellation fee is applicable. If booking is cancelled before 15 days of arrival - 25% cancellation fee. If booking is cancelled within two weeks of arrival - 50% cancellation fee. If booking is cancelled within a week of arrival -100% cancellation fee.
