This two-week program is ideal for individuals seeking personal growth and a well-rounded approach to establishing the foundations of their yoga practice. Regardless of experience, students will strengthen and expand their current yogic knowledge in an empowering and inspirational classroom environment. The program will draw upon the powerful knowledge and wisdom of the Rishikesh yogis of the Himalayas to provide the spiritual context necessary to properly understand yoga. Our main aim for this program is self-inspiration, self-transformation, self-discipline and self-understanding. Course Details 1. Mantra Chanting: The purpose of mantra chanting in yoga is to generate vibrations and connect with the universe. Each mantra is special and rich with spiritual energy. 2. Yoga Postures (Asana): Students will gain extensive knowledge on yoga postures and will increase their strength, flexibility and discipline. 3. Pranayama (Breathing Practices): Pranayama is an ancient yogic breathing technique that is used as preparation for meditation and is a vital aspect of practicing yoga. It improves the respiratory system and purifies the body and mind. 4. Meditation (Dhyana): Meditation is a systematic practice that promotes physical, mental and emotional tranquility with the purpose of reaching Samadhi (self-realization). 5. Yoga Nidra (Psychic Sleep): When a yoga practitioner moves through the various internal states of Yoga Nidra, a profound experience of relaxation occurs. 6. Yoga Cleansing (Shatkarma): Yogic cleansing exercises are important to learn how to incorporate your breath and meditate properly during physical aspects of yoga. It also removes the blockages in the energy channels. 7. Yoga Philosophy (Yoga Darshana): Yoga Philosophy is the foundation of our yoga practice and is the key to earn yogic strength. Through the path of Vedanta Philosophy, you will establish a solid, well-rounded yoga practice. 8. Anatomy and Physiology (Sharir Vijnan) 100 HOUR PROGRAM - CURRICULUM We have redefined a curriculum as per the international standards of Yoga Alliance USA coupled with our own expertise in the field of yoga. The program at Fusion Yoga India provides assistance from well-trained and experienced teachers who tailor the classroom curriculum to the individual needs and skill sets of students. The curriculum will focus on perfecting alignment and postures and improving breathing techniques. Yoga philosophy is incorporated into the course for a deeper, more in-depth approach to yoga. The program is designed and aimed at producing skilled and motivating yoga teachers proficient in the ancient practices of the yoga sutras who can also impart this knowledge to their students. This month long program is an opportunity to look deep inside yourself by training your body and mind by following certain yamas and niyamas (do’s & dont’s) as described below: During the training, consumption of drugs, cigarette and drinks are prohibited. Understand that this training is a beginning of your new life. Even though our retreat is very safe and secure we advise the students to take care of their valuable belongings. Students should be on time for all the classes and at least 100% attendance is required to get the certificate. If you miss any class time (except an emergency), missed classes must be completed through assignment and classes, according to the teacher’s availability. Maintain your accommodation and common areas of the retreat clean. We maintain high standards of cleanliness. It’s also requested to wear yoga friendly clothes during the training inside the retreat. We expect a friendly and respectful behavior/manner towards staffs, teachers and colleagues during your training period.

 

Fees are non refundable but students have the choice of attending the next schedule of classes.
