Lhasa Shuddhi
Shuddhi is a part of the panchakarma treatment and has a range of benefits from relaxation, increased energy levels and detoxification. Some of the treatments like Virechana and Raktamokshana help in flushing out the toxins from your body and the blood stream. An initial evaluation with our ayurvedic doctor will be held, before identifying your Prakriti (body type) and your dosha imbalances. Accordingly, a treatment plan will be drafted to provide personalised treatments and sessions.
Inclusions: Abhyanga, Podikizhi, Ilakizhi, Shirodhara, Swedana, Talam, Nasya, Virechana and Raktamokshana.

Cancellation Policy
Peak season October 1st – January 31st
1. If cancellation is done 14 days prior to the date of arrival full amount
will be refunded.
2. For cancellation done 10 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the
total amount will be refunded. After that no refund will be made.
3. If you do not turn up at the arrival date, no refund will be made.
Off season
1. If cancellation is done 7 days prior to the date of arrival full amount
will be refunded.
