Lhasa Kayakalpa is the centre's intensive Ayurvedic deep-cleansing and rejuvenation programme, designed as an extended Panchakarma experience. The programme is personalized according to the guest's Prakriti and dosha imbalances, with the physician determining the appropriate treatment schedule, herbs and therapies. These factors will influence the hours of session, choice of herbs and treatments. At the end of the treatment, guest's will notice visible differences in stress levels, mental clarity, and energy levels. The body feels lighter with improved metabolism and digestive properties.

The programme may include Abhyanga, Podikizhi, Ilakkizhi, Shirodhara, Swedana, Talam, Nasya, Virechana and Raktamokshana, according to individual suitability and physician recommendation.
