Guest Policies
A. Check-in
1. **Age Requirement**: Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.
2. **Check-in Time**: Standard check-in is at 12 noon. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. **Identification**: Valid photo ID is required at check-in. Accepted IDs include Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, and Passport.

B. Children
4. **Complimentary Stay**: One child up to 5 years old can stay free without an extra mattress.
5. **Breakfast Charges**: May apply for the complimentary child.
6. **Triple Occupancy**: Extra mattresses are provided for triple occupancy bookings.

C. Pets
7. **Pet Policy**: Pets are not allowed on the premises.

D. Hygiene and Conduct
8. **Behavior**: The hospital reserves the right to take action against guests who are disruptive or behave inappropriately.
9. **Damage Liability**: Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
10. **Room Maintenance**: Guests are expected to keep the room in good condition and maintain cleanliness.
11. **Booking Specific Policies**: Additional policies may apply to certain bookings and will be communicated at the time of reservation.

E. Contact and Communication
12. **Confirmation of Arrival**: Guests may be contacted to confirm their arrival time. Lack of response could result in booking hold or cancellation.

F. Smoking and Alcohol
13. **No Smoking/Alcohol**: Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited anywhere on the premises.

G. Booking Extensions
14. **Stay Extensions**: Extensions are subject to current room rates and availability.

No Charge: Cancellations made more than 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled arrival date will incur no charges.
50% Charge: Cancellations made 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled arrival date will be charged 50% of the total stay amount.
Full Charge: Cancellations on the day of arrival, no-shows, or early check-outs will be charged the full amount of the stay.
