- Reservation can be done on e-mail, but the confirmation will be given only after receiving minimum 50% package amount in advance. - Confirmation of rooms will be subject to availability at the time of receipt of payment. - Check out time - 12 Noon... Check in time - 2 PM - All the balance payment of the booking amount has to be cleared at the time of check-in. - The resort reserves the right to reject any bookings received from non approved distribution channels - If the booking is cancelled due to FORCE MAJEURE (occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party such as acts of god, war, government regulations, disasters, civil disorder to the extent that such circumstance make it illegal or impossible to provide or use the hotel facilities), guest can rebook a stay with us in future (within 6 months) as per prevailing tariff & availability in the resort

- Before 45 Days prior to the check in date, No Cancellation Fee - Between 30 to 45 Days prior to the check in date, 25% will be charged. - Between 15 to 30 Days prior to the check in date, 50% will be charged. - If cancelled with in 15 Days prior to the check in date / NO SHOWS, 100% will be charged
