The Detoxification Retreat at AyurGem Ayurveda Yoga & Wellness Retreat, Munnar, is an intensive cleansing program rooted in classical Panchakarma — Ayurveda's most powerful system for eliminating accumulated toxins, restoring cellular health, and rebuilding the body's natural immunity.

The retreat begins with a thorough consultation with our qualified Ayurvedic physician, who designs a personalized Panchakarma protocol based on your body constitution and health condition. Two dedicated therapy sessions per day — each lasting 60 minutes to 2 hours — may include Virechana, Vasti, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Elakizhi, Pizhichil, and other classical Panchakarma treatments, all administered by experienced therapists under continuous medical supervision.

The program is available in 14-night, 21-night, and 28-night formats. Final treatment protocols are confirmed only after the initial doctor consultation upon arrival.
