• Rates are in USD and are non commissionable
• All rates are inclusive of taxes , changes in taxes / levies will be charged extra as applicable
• Please note that the check in is at 14.00 hs and check out time is 12 noon
• Rates cannot be extended to domestic market or to any other market not specified
• Rates should not be published as hotel only rate on the internet by you or any other 3rd party
• Reservation vouchers should mention the " market Origin " or the special code .
• All market rate will apply for the  reservation which will not carry any specific market.

Child Policy:
*  Children below 5 years - Free of Charge        
*  6-11 Years sharing parent's room(Upto maximum 2 children)-50 % on meal rates)        
 only will be charged        
*  Extra bed  - $ 15.00            

• Cancellations within 07 days of the arrival date – 100% of the value of the booking
• Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date – 50% of the value of the booking
• Cancellations within 21 days of the arrival date – 25%of the value of the booking
• Group bookings, more than 8 rooms, will be liable to pay 50% of the basis booked  before 30 days of arrival
• Failure to arrive at the hotel is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
