blood pressure and anxiety, heightening the risk of coronary heart disease,
substance abuse, and anxiety disorders.

Our De-stress program adopts a proactive approach,
emphasizing stress avoidance and robust body protection. The program
incorporates various therapeutic procedures, including Thalam, Shirodhara,
Patra Potali Swedam, Nasyam, Head & Foot Massages, Njavara Kizhy, Netra
Dhara, Yoga, and Meditation. These are complemented by a balanced diet and
ample rest to provide comprehensive relief from stress.

Kindly refrain from keeping your legs over the table or chair in public areas such as the lobby, etc as it is considered ill-mannered
Adequate clothing is required when using public areas such as the library, home theatre, restaurant, reception, and lounges
Reduce noise levels in the room, dining area, and public spots to maintain the calmness and not disturb other guests’ experience
Prepare your body and mind for Ayurvedic treatment by taking care of your diet, avoiding alcohol and smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the resort
If you wish to tip the staff, there is a common tipping box located at the Ayurveda Center where you can place the intended amount in an envelope to ensure fair distribution among all team members

Payments are also possible in cash and all major currencies are accepted or through card terminals
50 % advance payment is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining amount due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
The cancellation policy are as follows:
– If cancelled at any point, 20% of the booking invoice amount will be charged
– Cancellations within 15-30 days incur 50% retention: within 10 days, full retention applies
