Shudhikaran (Detoxification Program)

According to Ayurveda, every individual is born with a unique constitution known as Prakruti. This natural constitution influences how we respond to food, stress, exercise, climate, and daily lifestyle habits. When our lifestyle consistently goes against our Prakruti, the body's natural equilibrium may be disturbed, resulting in Dosha imbalances that can manifest as physical, mental, and emotional health concerns.

The Shudhikaran (Detoxification) Program at Indimasi is designed to help guests understand their unique constitution and identify the factors contributing to imbalance. Through a combination of Ayurvedic therapies, personalized nutrition, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle guidance, the program aims to support the body's natural cleansing processes and promote overall wellbeing.

Following a detailed consultation, the physicians at Indimasi create an individualized treatment plan based on the guest's health condition, constitution, and wellness goals. Therapies are selected according to the doctor's recommendations and may vary from person to person.

The program is suitable for individuals experiencing stress, fatigue, digestive disturbances, poor sleep, lifestyle-related health concerns, or those seeking preventive care and rejuvenation through traditional Ayurvedic practices.

• Accommodation on a full-board basis with customized vegetarian Ayurvedic meals
