- Doctor's consultation upon arrival and departure including Dosha (body type) analysis and personalised treatment planning
- Prescribed Ayurvedic therapies — 90 minutes per day as per doctor's advice
- Internal and external Ayurvedic medications during the stay
- Customised Sattvic full-board vegetarian meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) — farm-to-table, using produce from Indimasi's organic farm and dairy
- Daily Morning Meditation (06:30–07:00), Yoga (07:00–07:30), Kalari — Indian martial art (07:30–08:30), and Evening Meditation (17:00–17:30)
