SRI LANKA’S PREMIER HEALTH AND FITNESS RETREAT 6 DAYS & 5 NIGHTS Our Wellness Retreats are the epitome of a balanced, healthy holiday. Taking a light-hearted and holistic approach to wellbeing, with a focus on mind, body, and soul. Enjoy daily Pilates, Yoga, Boxilates, Surfing and Meditation along with a 1:1 Postural and Wellbeing Consult and Spa treatments. To balance out the body and mind we enjoy cultural activities such as a Safari or Local Village Bike Ride (and a sunset cocktail!) Prior to your arrival, you’ll complete a short pre-consultation that allows us to design your dream holiday, filled with exactly what you need – enhancing your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing, whilst letting your hair down! You can choose to do as little or as much as you please, it’s your holiday! Talalla Retreat is situated near the Seaside and outskirts of Talalla. It is well connected to Tangalle Road.

>> Maximum numbers of 3 adults per standard room and 2 adults per Big House or Bungalow room; management reserves the right to decline guest if numbers are exceeded. >> No refunds will be given on early departure. >> Pets although much loved, are not allowed. >> Smoking is not permitted inside Rooms. Smoking is allowed outside on balconies ONLY. >> Rooms can only be booked upon receipt of 20% deposit or total room charge, deposited directly into the Talalla bank account. We've recently changed our policy to allow children of all ages to join us year-round. Please note that if you book a first floor room and advise of a small child, your booking will be converted to a ground floor room. Children can only be accommodated in ground floor rooms due to safety concerns. As all Big House rooms contain balconies, children cannot be accommodated in the Big House. Big House and Bungalow rooms are unable to be made into triple share. Our pool is not fenced, and beach does not have lifeguard service.

- Standard rates (Except Dec, Jan, Feb & March) Early departures – 20% of remaining room charge will be charged. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival or No shows – loss of 20% deposit. Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival – No charge - Peak season (December, January, February & March) Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival – No charge Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival or No shows – loss of 20% deposit Early departures – Total remaining room charge will be charged.
