The Basic Detox Package at The Leela Kovalam, A Raviz Hotel takes a preventive approach to wellness, combining relaxation and rejuvenation with Ayurvedic therapies intended to support cleansing and nourishment of the body.
Based on the guest’s individual body analysis and Dosha assessment, the Ayurveda physician prescribes a personalized combination of treatments. These may include Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Ksheeradhara, Chavuttithirummu (foot massage), Kalari, Virechanam and Snehavasthi, complemented by yoga, meditation, herbal medicines and an individualized Ayurvedic diet.
The programme is designed to help remove accumulated toxins and metabolic residue while supporting digestion, natural immunity and renewed energy.

Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station is the nearest major railway station, located approximately 20 km from the resort. The station provides convenient rail connectivity to major cities across India, and transfers to The Leela Kovalam can be arranged upon request.Roadway Connectivity
The Leela Kovalam is approximately 13 km from Trivandrum City Centre and is easily accessible by road. Guests can reach the resort by taxi, private car or local transport from Thiruvananthapuram and nearby destinations.1. Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply. 2. Any change in taxes and/or any other levies/charges/ fees will be chargeable extra, as prevalent during the stay. 3. Two children up to 6 years can stay free in parent’s room when using existing bed(s) in room, a maximum of one extra bed can be provided in room on chargeable basis; children aged 7 years and older are fully charged and accommodated in a separate room.
