This package helps rejuvenate the body, mind and soul, improve skin clarity, strengthen the body systems so as to achieve ideal health and longevity. The treatment includes body massage done with hands and foot and using medicated oil and cream. Patients are given internal rejuvenation medicines and medicated steam bath. This therapy is for 90 minutes to 2 hours daily for 7-14 days. Marma massage is a traditional Kerala massage for stimulating Marma (vital points), using medicated oils, performed by trained therapist using his/her hand and feet, applying appropriate pressure to specific vital points/parts of the body. This massage not only relieves back pain, stiffness, and sports injuries but also stimulates, rejuvenates and energize bodily organs and systems.
NOTE:
· Patients will have access to the doctors to discuss their daily health improvement .
· Per day treatment consists of 1 Massage Rejuvenation or General or Marma or Synchronised and other treatment procedures like, Sirodhara, Pizhichil, Kizhi, Karnapooranam, Tharpana , facepack , steam bath etc depending on their condition.
· An Ayurvedic diet will be issued after the consultation
· On completion of treatment program, customers will be advised to follow special diet and to continue special herbal preparations.
· Smoking, drinking alcohol and consuming food from outside is strictly prohibited.
· Treatments will vary from person to person and will be fixed only after a full consultation.
· The result varies from patient to patient, as per the body constitution, age of patient, duration of the disease, etc
· Complimentary Airport transfers are offered for bookings of more than 7 nights.
· Private Yoga sessions can be availed at an additional cost of 15 Euros.
