Post-Stroke, Post-Trauma & Rehabilitation Program

A minimum 14-night residential rehabilitation program designed for individuals recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, physical trauma, surgery, or prolonged illness. This structured healing program integrates classical Ayurveda, Yoga, Pranayama, Kalari Marma therapy, therapeutic nutrition, meditation, and counselling to support recovery, strengthen affected limbs, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life.

The program is supervised by a team of experienced BAMS-certified doctors with expertise in critical care and rehabilitation. Following a detailed assessment, an individualized treatment plan is developed based on the guest's medical history, current condition, functional limitations, and recovery goals.

Ayurvedic therapies and Kalari Marma treatments are used to stimulate nerve pathways, improve circulation, restore muscle strength, enhance coordination, and support neurological recovery. Yoga, breathing practices, and meditation are adapted to the individual's physical capacity and recovery stage, helping improve balance, flexibility, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

This program is suitable for guests recovering from stroke, paralysis, post-surgical conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders, and other conditions requiring structured rehabilitation and long-term recovery support.

Package Inclusions

• Doctor's consultation upon arrival and departure, including clinical assessment and personalised rehabilitation plan

• Prescribed Ayurvedic therapies (approximately 90 minutes per day) focused on the affected area and recovery goals

• Kalari Marma treatments to stimulate nerve pathways and support mobility

• Internal and external Ayurvedic medications during the stay

• Customized Sattvic full-board vegetarian meals aligned with the prescribed recovery diet
