Kalari Kovilakam’s 15-day Ayurveda program is designed to combat the symptoms of stress, insomnia, lack of concentration, fatigue, and headaches that seem to partner today’s hectic lifestyles. The Manasanthi treatment consists of classic Ayurvedic treatments, such as uzhichil, sirodhara (pouring oil on the forehead) and nasyam (excess body humor are eliminated through the nose. These are supported by special Yoga therapies, herbal medicines, and herbal teas. NOTE : • All our package rates include the cost of all consultations, treatments, massages, oils, herbs, accommodation, yoga, meditation, food and the clothes we provide for you on arrival. • It also includes pick up and drop from Coimbatore or Cochin airports. At Kalari Kovilakom, everyone is provided with three sets of complementary fine cotton Pyjama suits for their use. If you do not intend to travel elsewhere other than to Kalari Kovilakom, you need not carry many clothes, so pack light.
Do carry a light shawl, scarf and cotton socks, as the evenings can get cold.
Bring along a set of personal toiletries.
Carry your medical reports and medications for prior consultation with the Doctor at Kalari Kovilakom.
Kindly use non-leather footwear (closed and/or open) only. You may carry a pair of sunglasses and a hat, if required.
As per Government Regulations, we request you to carry a valid Passport and Visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID or Aadhaar card
To book a program, 50% advance payment must be received 60 days prior to arrival date or before the cut-off date mentioned by the central reservation system.
For booking confirmation, 100% advance payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival or before the cut-off date mentioned by the central reservation system.

50% refund if cancelled 21 days before the arrival date. The balance amount will be retained for a future booking date valid until 6 months from the cancellation date.
No refund if cancelled less than 20 days before the arrival date. The full amount will be retained for a future booking date valid until 6 months from the cancellation date.
No refund of the retained amount post the 6 month validity period.
