AyurSoma's Rejuvenation Package is designed purely for relaxation and vitalization making it ideal for first-timers to Ayurveda. It's built around two signature therapies, full-body Abhyanga massages and Shirodhara treatment, along with medicated steam baths, herbal medicine and soothing face masks, all using warm herbal oils. This therapy is for 90 minutes to 2 hours per day for 8 to 15 days.
