Somatheeram’s Ayurveda Panchakarma Programme is its comprehensive Ayurvedic purification programme, designed around the classical Panchakarma approach to cleanse the body and support the restoration of proper equilibrium among Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
The programme follows a two-step process, beginning with a preparatory phase that prepares the body for purification, followed by the main Panchakarma treatment. The recommended duration is 15 or 22 days, with approximately 90–120 minutes of treatment each day.
