Yoga seekers from all traditions and styles are invited to join Nepal Yoga Home?s advanced yoga teacher training course (YTTC). 500-Hours yoga training is good for those who are dedicated to a higher standard of learning looking to deepen their yoga, meditation, breathing science (pranayama), and yoga philosophy. This course is advanced not only because you practice advanced asana, but you will develop deeper awareness, realization, and peace within you. Daily schedule of 500 hours advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course 7.00 - 8.30 am => Yoga Asanas (Yoga Posture) 8.30 - 9.00 am => Tea break 9.00 - 10.00 am => Self practice/ advance asana 10.00 - 10. 30 am => Breakfast 10.30 - 12.00 pm => Sight-seeing, Countryside hiking / Karma yoga 12.00 - 1.00 pm => Yogic Relaxation and mantra chanting 1.00 - 2.00 pm => rest 2.00 - 3.00 pm => Lunch 3.00 - 4.00pm => Meditation 4.00 - 4.30 pm => Tea break 4.30 - 5.30 pm => Anatomy and physiology / Yoga philosophy 5.30 - 6.00pm => Break 6.00 - 7.30 pm => Yoga workshop 7.30 - 8.00 pm => Dinner 8.00 - 8.30 pm => Celebration/ question answer/ camp fire etc. 8.30 pm - Bed time This is a sample schedule and may change according to subjects and situations.

How to reach Nepal Yoga Home from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA)? Take prepaid/local taxi from airport. Provide our location to taxi driver as follows: Airport => Balaju Bypass => Fulbari Gate (Najarjun gate) => Way to Goldhunga road just 650m ahead, in left side there is big white house with sign board of Nepal Yoga Home. It takes just 30 minutes from airport to Nepal Yoga Home if there is no traffic jam.

Generally, check-in time is 12pm and check-out time is 12pm except one day yoga and meditation course (whole day workshop) which starts at 11:00 and end at 5:00 i.e. check-in 11:00 am and check-out 5:00 pm. Smoking, alcohol, meat, eggs, fish, intoxicating drugs are not allowed in ashram. Government Taxes will be charged extra and are subject to change. Reservations will be confirmed against 100% advance payments. Confirmation would be given on first come first service basis. Telephone calls, Internet, Personal laundry, and other additional service requested will be charged extra.

If somebody already booked their room (with full or partial payment) and want to cancel the booking before 15 days of his/her arrival then 25% of total cost will be deducted from their paid amount.
