Join us for a 200-Hour Kundalini Awakening Yoga Teacher Training Program! Kundalini is the term for ""spiritual energy or life force located at the base of the spine"", conceptualized as a coiled-up serpent. The practice of Kundalini Yoga is supposed to arouse the sleeping Kundalini Shakti from its coiled base through the six chakras and penetrate the seventh chakra, or crown. This energy is said to travel along the Ida (left), Pingala (right), and central, or Sushumna Nadi - the main channels of pranic energy in the body.

Rishikesh ISBTRules: • Adi Yogpeeth is a Traditional Yoga School. • The Teaching starts from early in the morning. The time schedule of the practices changes according to the seasons. • Respectful behaviour is mandatory at all times on and off the premises. • To respect the rules and regulations Adi Yogpeeth will not refund the fee of students after joining the course. • We must be informed in advance if the student is not going to come for a meal. • Before departure from Adi Yogpeeth, students must return all the books from the library. • Non veg. food, smoking, and drinking alcohol are not allowed on the Adi Yogpeeth premises. General Rules • On the premises, modest dressing is mandatory. • Regular home work should be completed. • All classes are mandatory to attend. • As a part of the evaluation procedure there will be a final exam both theory and practical. • Adi Yogpeeth reserves the right to disqualify any students at any time during TTC for misconduct or breaking the rules..
An Advance course fee is non-refundable but student can join the course on other schedule.
