See your skills, position and improve your yoga teaching skills and become able to teach yoga in a confident and compassionate way. You are the creator and all things are possible. You are only limited by who you think you are and HYW wish to see you contribute the gifts you have with the world. This way we can empower and give each other strength to follow our truth. We are all guilty of dreaming and hoping but the moments we are content are a peaceful feeling. This is something we can realise through our sadhana but do not let the perception of yoga and spirituality be in the way of making yoga your lifestyle. The practice should be forming an unbroken whole in our life and daily life should be about getting better every day physically, spiritually and to seek knowledge about the body and health. Spend time looking at life and question habits, without getting too busy with work and everyday tasks so that we end up forgetting the essence of life, which is feeling and being aware. Stay connected with yourself. We do not have to quit everything, but what can we do to take a step back and be your own best friend? Fall in love with taking care of yourself. Not everyone needs to choose yoga as their work, this is not the point. Yoga will help any individual do their job better and live an ordinary human life with more awareness.

Our dishes are valued and highly recommended by previous students for its great taste on Tripadvisor along with excellent reviews of the high standard facilities and teaching. Hatha Yoga World believes the food is an important part of the course. When obtaining much new knowledge every day and practicing yoga asanas both morning and afternoon the body needs healthy and nourishing fuel for both mind and body. Yoga is much more than asanas, yoga is a lifestyle which makes us aware of what we eat and how it effects our thoughts and emotions. Ancient yogic texts recommend eating a sattvik diet. Sattvik food is light and have a high vibration which provides the body with energy. HYW serve sattvik meals to support the journey of purifying the whole being through yoga. Our talented and experienced kitchen chef cooks fresh food with passion and care. The one cooking the food should have a good energy so that the prana (life) in the food is positive. Our chef makes sure that the meals are ready at the same time every day. In Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, it is recommended to eat at the same time and at certain times according to when your digestive fire at its most. In our ordinary life, this simple act can be a challenge but at HYW you can enjoy the set meals time which naturally supports the body.
