Teacher Information Pradeep Sattwamaya Pradeep had the blessed opportunity to be accepted as a disciple by his guru, Paramhamsa Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati. At Gangadarshan, a gurukul, Pradeep spend two full years IMBIBING and LIVING yoga. Under Shri Pattabi Jois’ AYRI, he gained clarity of the nuances of Astanga Vinyasa. He draws immensely from his past experiences, a wealth of knowledge specific to Yoga, Ayurveda and Indian philosophies, bringing into each yoga session a wholistic approach. He started practicing yoga as a seven year old and later graduating from M.Sc. program in Yogic sciences (from the world’s first yoga university, Bihar Yoga Bharathi, with a university gold medal). Pradeep currently heads a1000yoga based in Bengaluru. Accreditations and credentials: The courses are in compliance with AYUSH, Government of India (Accreditation pending) and Yoga Alliance, USA under RYT200 programs.
