Panchakarma is the purification therapy done in Ayurveda. The word Panchakarma means five actions and refers to five procedures intended to intensively cleanse and restore balance to the body, mind, and emotions. The five methods are:- Vamanam (emesis), Virechanam (Purgation), Nasyam ( Nasal Cleansing), Niruha Vasthi (Medicated decotion enema), Anuvasana Vasthi (Medicated oil enema) Depending on the health problem, one or more of these methods are used to cleanse the body and promote healing. Benefits include cleansing of the body, elimination of toxins, opening up of blocked channels, improve strength of digestive fire, regulates metabolism, relaxing the mind and boosting immunity. Special diet is required with personalised yoga sessions for better success.
Treatment inclusions: In addition to the above Panchakarma program may include other treatments like, Abhyanam, Shirodhara, Sirovasthy, Thalapothichil, Elakihi, Podikizhi, Njavaraakizhi, Pizichil, Kashayadhara, Dhanyamladhara, Lepam etc.

· Interaction with chef and doctor for wellness diet consultation
· Culinary session with chef on wellness cuisine
· Wellness talk on specific topics by Doctor
· Daily Yoga and meditation session once every day at specified time and venue
· Prescribed Ayurveda Medicines during the course of treatment.
· Evening Tea/Coffee/Snacks at the Thattukada.

Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply. 2. If in case of a prepayment, the resort will retain all or part of the pre-payment. If none has been received, the guest will be charged on their credit card. For Restricted Rates: The rate is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
