It includes special treatments based on Panchakarma body purification, Udwartanam, Choorna Pinda Swedam, Dhanyamla Dhara, Virechanam, Vasthi, medicated steam bath etc and oral intake of herbal preparations. 

You are obliged to understand about yourself, your imbalances and the need to address them through a balanced diet rather than a crash diet. You may also engage in light exercises which can be structured for you or you can simply follow some physical activities that you enjoy undertaking. 

Underlying causes of obesity like PCOS, thyroid and other hormone imbalances, strong hereditary factors may affect the weight loss results; in which case the reduction in weight will be a slow process. We recommend that appropriate treatments for the above health issues should also be followed for optimum results.
