Ø An advance payment should be made at the time of confirmation of the reservation for both FIT and GIT. Ø Comeplete payment should be made at least 30 days before the day of the tour for the GIT bookings.

- If cancellation is made between 20-15 days, the 50% amount is forfeited and with less than 15 days remaining, the client loses the entire amount. ( not applicable for peak period). Ø All GIT Bookings (8 rooms and above) must be confirm ed 45 days in advance with the details of the Guest Name and Nationality. Ø If the booking is made less than 45 days in advance, then the acceptance of the booking confirmation should be sent on the same day by fax or e-mail with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount. Ø The above rates are on per room per day basis and are net and non-commissionable. Ø For all foreign nationals, on arrival requested to provide the Xerox copy of their passport and VISA. Ø All FIT/GIT guest/s should present the voucher/exchange order at the time of check in.
