Stress Management treatment focuses on the impact of body and mind. Stress is an inevitable part of modern busy life routine. Ayurvedic treatment with herbal oil head massage, shirodhara, thalam, shiro vasti are beneficial to get rid of mental stress. Oil treatment and steam bath are performed depending on the situation of the patient and the body type.

Package Inclusions:
- Full board accommodation in Eco friendly clay cottage.
- Meals: Ayurvedic healthy foods, Specially designed food plan for your needs,Ayurvedic herbal tea each evening.
- Consultation: Inspection by an in-house Ayurvedic specialist doctor
- Treatment: Ayurvedic medicine, Meditation, Head oil massage, Herbal steam bath (foot,body,relaxing oil treatment), Shirodhara, Inhalation, Udwarthana massage, Fermentation treatment.(35 treatments included in all)

Package Exclusions:
- Airport Drop. Can be provided at an extra cost

From Colombo first you have to select southern express way , then take exit from kurudugahahetakma inter change , then come to Ambalangoda by using Ambalangoda – elpitiya road , after 12 Km you can reach to Ambalangoda city .
