50% advance payment is required 60 days prior to arrival, or by the cut-off date set by the reservation system.
The remaining payment, bringing the advance to 100%, is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Guest Policy

Only guests aged 14 years and above are accepted for treatment.
Two sets of complimentary cotton pyjama suits are provided for stays of 2 weeks or less, with additional sets provided for longer stays.

Identification Requirements

Foreign nationals are required to present a valid passport and visa.
Indian nationals may present a passport, driving licence, voter ID, or Aadhaar card.

Cancellation 21 days or more before arrival: 50% refund. The remaining balance is retained as credit towards a future booking and is valid for 6 months.

Cancellation less than 20 days before arrival: No refund. The full amount is retained as credit towards a future booking and is valid for 6 months.

Retained amounts are not refundable after the 6-month validity period.
