The Rejuvenation Retreat at AyurGem Ayurveda Yoga & Wellness Retreat, Munnar, is a deeply restorative program designed to revitalize the body, calm the mind, and restore the body's natural equilibrium through the timeless wisdom of classical Ayurveda.

Set amidst the mist-kissed tea plantations of Munnar, this retreat begins with an in-depth consultation with our qualified Ayurvedic physician, who designs a personalized treatment protocol based on your Prakriti (body constitution) and current health status.

Each day includes two dedicated sessions of authentic Ayurvedic therapies — ranging from 60 minutes to 2 hours per session — including classical treatments such as Abhyanga (full-body herbal oil massage), Shirodhara, Njavarakizhi, Pizhichil, Elakizhi, and other Panchakarma-based therapies as advised by the doctor. All treatments are administered by experienced therapists under continuous medical supervision.

The program is complemented by daily Yoga sessions incorporating Pranayama and guided meditation, Ayurvedic cuisine customized to your individual dietary needs, herbal detox drinks, oral herbal medicines, and Kerala traditional healthy evening snacks. Guests are accommodated in air-conditioned rooms with panoramic hill views, with herbal drinking water provided in-room throughout the stay.

The Rejuvenation Retreat is available in 7-night, 14-night, 21-night, and 28-night formats, allowing guests to choose the duration best suited to their wellness goals. Final treatment protocols are confirmed only after the initial doctor consultation upon arrival.
