All rates are exclusive of taxes and the applicable GST will be charged extra. The GST rates prevailing on the dates of stay/service/usage shall be levied at extra, if the package availed does not explicitly and specifically mention inclusion of the applicable taxes. All standard tariffs and rates are subject to change without any notice and the applicable rates on the date of booking shall be applicable and charged, accordingly. As a safety precaution and in order to preserve the tranquillity of the Spa, children below the age of 18 years are not permitted inside the spa building. Use of the spa facilities like Sauna, Steam and the spa therapies are available to guests who are of the age of 18 years and above. However, guests below the age of 18 years can take part in other scheduled activities like yoga, meditation, treks and use of the swimming pool.
 

Swimming pool facilities shall not be allowed to be used without appropriate swimming costumes/gears, and the guests/users are strictly advised to bring along their standard swimming costumes/gears. The guests/users also have an option of purchasing the same from the available stock in the tuck shop at the resort. No guests/users shall be allowed to enter the swimming pool without the appropriate swimming costumes/gears. The timing for use of swimming pool shall strictly be from 8:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Our rooms are designed for Single, Double, Twin & Triple (few rooms) occupancy only. However, 01 additional adult guest only (above the age of 12) OR two children only below the age of 12 years can be accommodated in the room by paying applicable additional charges. However, a child below the age of 06 years is allowed to stay with parents on complimentary basis, without any additional bed/mattress. 
 

For cancellations more than 45 days before arrival - No Charge. For any cancellations / amendment in arrival date between 30 – 22 days before arrival - 25% of the total package price shall be charged as retention. For cancellations / amendment in arrival date between 21 – 15 days before arrival - 50% of the total package price shall be charged as retention. For cancellations / amendment in arrival date between 14 – 0 days before arrival - 90% of the total package price shall be charged as retention. No show - 100% of the total package price shall be charged as retention. Early check-out - 100% of the balance period shall be charged as retention. All of the above rates are valid for guests who are residents in India and International travellers.

Child policy-

Maximum two children up to 10 years of age can stay in the parent's room without any additional charge (No Extra bed/mattress would be provided). Cost for a child above 12 years age/Adult (with one additional bed / mattress) will be charged @ Rs.6,500 + GST, per night. Maximum of one additional bed/mattress per room only would be provided. The additional bed/mattress will be provided on prior request basis only, subject to availability.
