7 Day Rejuvenation Package

Rejuvenation is relaxing the body and energizing it. It invariably reverses and slows down the ageing process. It is not like discovering the elixir of youth but feels really good.

This program includes herbal oil and Ayurvedic medicinal treatment for rejuvenating the body in and out.

The 7 Day Rejuvenation package includes -

Day 1 to 3 – Whole body massage with Patraswedana technique which involves using leaf bundles with medication, Navarakkizhi using boiled special rice for whole body massage followed by medicated bath.

Day 4 & 5 - Pizhichil which comprises of squeezing warm oil on the body. It is a type of whole body massage which is known as Sarvangdhara in Ayurveda. It is a combination of two Ayurveda techniniques of massage using oil and heat treatment. Shirodhara involves continuous pouring of medicated oil or other herbal preparation directed on the forehead of the person.

Day 6 & 7- Podikkizhi which is fomentation using cotton bags filled with herbal medication. The herbal bag is made of 12 herbs and the mix is as per the personal therapy and massage. Ksheeradhara is the same relaxing treatment as Shirodhara but instead of herbal oil, herbal milk is poured over the forehead or over the whole body. This moisturizing agent relieves anxiety and tension, and leaves your skin with a healthy glow. This is a great therapy for people suffering from headaches from Vata and Pitta predominance, insomnia and mental tension.

The program also includes proper Ayurvedic Diet – Ayurvedic diet as per the doshas constitution is designed and specially prepared for maximum effect of the therapy. Internal Medication – Specially formulated health drinks is provided twice in a day. Daily therapy duration – 150 minutes/ Day
