The vitiated doshas which are in the koshtas, tissues, channels , different limbs, different bones which produce diseases are melt by the panchakarma therapies which reach the gut and eliminated through the anus or mouth. The doshas which are mitigated by langhana and pachana therapies might sometimes become aggrevated but those which are cleared by samshodhana (purificatory) therapies will not get aggrevated again. Detoxification is the process of releasing excess toxins accumulated in your body over time due to various reasons. Health problems like constipation, Indigestion, Sleeplessness, Wrinkled skin, exhaustion etc. Ayurveda therapies like Pizhichil, Navarakizhi, Dhara etc strengthens the systems and gives freshness to the body. Panchakarma therapies, particularly medicated enemas relieves constipation and correct digestion.
