The treatment program is based on Snehanakarma (internal and external oil administration), Swedanakarma (sweat therapies) and selective Panchakarma therapies. The therapies may include warm oil massages, Snehapanam (medicated ghee drinking), Virechanam (medicated purgation therapy), Vasthi (medicated enemas), Kizhy, Shirodhara, Udwarthanam, Pizhichil, Nasyam, Netratharpanam, Karnapooranam etc. Each treatment is aimed to purify specific parts of the body and rebalance. Additionally, oral herbal medicines and diet is also advised during this therapy. This program is also useful in curing diseases related to the muscle-skeletal system, respiratory system, digestive system, metabolic disorders, and psychological disorders and in whole it improves the quality of life and increases longevity.

The inland property gives a taste at the state's heritage by offering a total of 12 rooms which include 1 honeymoon suite, 2 heritage rooms, and 7 deluxe and 2 standard classrooms. Each of these rooms incorporates several architectural elements of traditional Kerala granaries and judiciously use recycled wood carefully restored from older heritage homes.

Ayurveda beach resort has 20 well appointed ethnic styled accommodation, an outdoor
pool, and two restaurants of which one overlooking the ocean. An array of activities can be
enjoyed on site or in the neighborhood including village walks, cycling, local market visits,
and backwater cruises etc.

For the more adventurous, the village offers means to learn how to climb a coconut tree, tap fresh toddy and catch fish the Eskimo way. Bicycles have been arranged for those wishing to explore surrounding regions at their own pace.
