A focused 14-night residential retreat designed to support joint health, reduce chronic pain, improve flexibility, and restore mobility through the traditional healing sciences of Ayurveda and Kalaripayattu. Rooted in Kerala's ancient therapeutic traditions, this program combines classical Ayurvedic treatments, Kalari Marma therapy, therapeutic movement practices, herbal medicines, and lifestyle guidance to address the underlying factors contributing to musculoskeletal discomfort and restricted movement.

Following a detailed consultation, the physicians at Indimasi develop a personalized treatment plan based on the guest's condition, symptoms, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Ayurvedic therapies and herbal applications are selected to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, nourish joints, and support the body's natural healing processes.

Kalari Marma treatments focus on stimulating vital energy points, improving nerve function, enhancing mobility, and relieving pain in affected areas. Gentle yoga practices, meditation, and Kalaripayattu-based movement sessions further support flexibility, posture, balance, and overall physical wellbeing.

This program is suitable for individuals experiencing osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, spondylosis, chronic joint pain, inflammation, stiffness, reduced mobility, sports-related wear and tear, and age-related musculoskeletal concerns.

• Doctor's consultation upon arrival and departure, including joint assessment and personalized treatment planning
