The resort is accessible by road from Phuket International Airport and other parts of Phuket. Complimentary scheduled shuttle services are available from the resort to Nai Harn Beach and local markets.The Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort in Phuket has specific terms and conditions regarding reservations and cancellations. All reservations must be submitted with an official reservation order and are subject to availability and written confirmation by the resort. A rooming list, including flight details, meal requirements, and special arrangements, must be provided at least three days prior to arrival. Reservations covered by a reservation order are considered guaranteed by the company and will be held until the guest's arrival. Rates for conferences, incentives, group bookings, and meetings are available upon request and should be directed to the sales department.
- Cancellations must be submitted to the Resort in writing.
- For cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to check-in during May 1st to October 31st, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged per room.
- For cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to check-in during November 1st to April 30th, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged per room.
- In the case of no-shows, the Company is responsible for payment equivalent to the full length of stay for all reserved rooms.
