What do we teach ?
Tantra is the composition of 5 yoga systems as taught by Shiva to Parvarti. Tantra starts from the body with Hatha Yoga to the mind with Astanga Yoga to the chakras with Kundalini Yoga to the sounds with Mantra Yoga and ending up to oneness with Shiva Shakti Yoga. Therefore we incorporate those 5 yogas in our Tantra Yoga Class and our teaching.
Each of our class will be a combination of asanas, pranayama, and mantra in order to awaken our subtle energy and make move through the whole body. As the energy is moving from down to up, it balances and heals the chakras allowing us to become more vibrant and in harmony with ourselves and others.
