Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini is the name of a sleeping potential force in the human being and is situated at the root of the spinal column. With the awakening of Kundalini, the greater intelligence is aroused from its sleep and you can give birth to a new range of creativity. To awaken Kundalini you must prepare yourself with yoga techniques, becoming aware of the energy within each chakra or energy center of the body.
- Circulation of prana with awareness and visualization
- Mudras and Bhandas
- Asanas for each chakra done in a systematic way
- Pranayama to vitalize and balance
- Lectures on the significance of each chakra and how to activate and purify it
??We will do practices for each individual chakra to purify them and to make them stronger to handle the kundalini energy when it awakes. During this 7 day program we will dedicate one day to activate each of the 7 chakras with the help of various yogic techniques such as cleansing, asana, pranayama, mudra, bhanda, bija mantras and meditation. The result will be a light energized body full of prana shakti, a crystal clear state of mind unlike you’ve experienced before and a pure blissful state of consciousness. Within a short time frame you can experience the gift of Kundalini Shakti.
“Yogi Prakash’s class is transformational. He incorporates bija mantras, mudras and bandas into the practice that makes it unbelievably powerful.
