This training is aimed at anyone who wants to immerse themselves in Hatha yoga, the most basic yoga style. Hatha yoga can be adapted to different groups and the training we go through four different programs finished classes for different needs. The training is given in two blocks, 100 + 100 hours. It is possible to go only part or to build on if you already have an undergraduate in another yoga style. Much focus is devoted to stress reduction, mindfulness, and chakra system. Hatha Yoga is one of the latest developments in the Indian Yoga tradition. Literally, Hatha Yoga can be translated with ""powerful yoga"" or ""powerful effort"". This practice shows a form of yoga, which is also practiced by people living in everyday life and has thus also contributed to its spreading. Hatha yoga teacher training is not tied to a particular tradition. The focus is on the practice of asanas. Accurate physical support is supported by conscious, concentrated mental attention, resulting in a physical and mental balance.
