• Extra nights will be charged on pro-rate basis.

• Early arrivals and late departures will incur additional charges. 

>> 10th January - 15th April: 75% will be refunded only if cancelled 30 days before arrival. No refund for less than 30 days before arrival. 
>> 16th April - 30th September: 75% will be refunded only if cancelled 14 days before arrival. No refund for less than 30 days before arrival. 
>> 1st October - 18th December: 75% will be refunded only if cancelled 30 days before arrival. No refund for less than 30 days before arrival. 
>> 18th December - 9th January: No refund on cancellation at all.
