This program integrates Ayurveda with Oriental and European natural and healing practices. Indulge in the luxury of a fine selection of spa experience to manage stress, nurture the skin, enhance immunity, combat degenerative changes and slow down the aging process.
Program Inclusions:
• Accommodation with daily 90 minutes ‘Ayurveda therapy’ by a single therapist.
• Daily yoga for 60 minutes.
• One-to-one consultation with our Ayurveda Physician.
• Internal herbal medicines during the period of treatment.
• Participation in daily Niraamaya Wellness Moments.
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner as per menu prescribed by the doctor in consultation with our chef.
• Pick-up and drop from/to Trivandrum airport or railway station.(Only applicable for booking a package for Minimum stay of 7Night 8Days and more.)

Niraamaya Retreats Backwaters & Beyond is a luxury Ayurveda and wellness retreat set on the banks of Vembanad Lake in Kumarakom, surrounded by eight acres of tropical gardens and tranquil backwaters. The retreat combines traditional Kerala architecture and experiences with refined hospitality, personalized Ayurveda, yoga, meditation and wellness-focused cuisine. With 27 elegant villas, including private-pool and waterfront options, the retreat offers a range of accommodations designed to make the most of its natural surroundings. Guests can enjoy lake-facing dining at Café Samsara, Sattvic meals tailored to Ayurvedic programmes, and fresh ingredients supported by the property's in-house herbal and vegetable garden. Its wellness programmes include Panchakarma, Rejuvenation, Weight Management, Ayurveda Skin Care, Relax & Rejuvenation, Anti-Ageing, Stress Management, and Bone & Joint Care, with programmes ranging from 5 to 28 nights depending on the treatment. Niraamaya Retreats Backwaters & Beyond is located at Pallichira, Vayitharamattom, Kumarakom. From Kottayam, the retreat can be reached by road via the Athirampuzha–Parolickal Road and SH40/SH42 towards Kumarakom. Guests can travel by private car, taxi or arranged transfer.
- All Ayurvedic programmes are subject to an initial consultation with the centre’s Ayurvedic physician and are personalized according to the guest’s individual health requirements.
- Treatments, therapies, herbal medicines and dietary recommendations are prescribed by the Ayurvedic physician and may vary from guest to guest.
- Guests are expected to follow the treatment schedule, prescribed diet and wellness guidelines provided by the centre during their stay.
- Programme inclusions and exclusions vary according to the selected package and duration.
- Airport transfers are available as specified under the applicable wellness programme.
- Airfare, personal expenses, laboratory test charges and take-away medicines are excluded from the applicable packages.
- Additional services or expenses not specifically mentioned under the selected package will be charged separately.
