Detoxification Stress Relieving Programme (28 Days)

Day 1 to 7 - Full body massage with herbal oils followed by Podikkizhi and medicated steam bath.

Day 8 to 14 - Pizhichil which is a gentle rhythmic massage of the whole body except the head. Shirodhara which is continuous pouring of medicated oil or other herbal preparation directed on the forehead of the person between the brows and Anjana a method to treat the eye using fluid or powder expressly written in Charaka Samhita and Shushruta Samhita.

Day 15 to 21 - Ksheeradhara is the same relaxing treatment as Shirodhara but instead of herbal oil, herbal milk is poured over the forehead or over the whole body. This moisturizing agent relieves anxiety and tension, and leaves your skin with a healthy glow. Navarakkizhi is using boiled special rice for whole body massage and Karnapoornam which is the Ayurvedic way of treating ailment pertaining to the ears. First a vibrant massage of the head and neck is done and then medicated oil is filled in the ears. After retaining for five minutes, the oils are removed. This therapy detoxifies the ear passage removing any kind of problems in the process.

Day 22 to 28 - Kashaya Dhara is a special therapy involving pouring of medicated fluid on the body and then massaging. It involves continuous flow of fluids on the body and forehead. This therapy is extremely beneficial for skin and hair problems and Greeva Basti which involves bathing the neck region with herbal preparations like hot oil or hot milk mixed with herbs.The program also includes proper Ayurvedic Diet – Ayurvedic diet as per the doshas constitution is designed and specially prepared for maximum effect of the therapy.

Internal Medication – Specially formulated health drinks is provided twice in a day.
Daily therapy duration – 150 minutes/ Day.
