The center offers Panchakarma procedures only in those patients who are fit for that particular Panchakarma procedure as per the guidelines dictated by classical Ayurvedic text books (Ashtangasangraha, Charaka Samhitha and Susrutha Samhitha) The detoxification or Panchakarma program is a five-step cleansing treatment that is essentially about purification of the body. The treatment is preceded by Poorvakarma or pre-purification where the body is freed from toxins through Swedanam (sweating) and Snehanam (Oleation). After this, Panchakarma is given according to the individual’s constitution and disorder. The five steps include Nasyam, Vamanam, Virechanam, Vasthy and Rakthamoksham. This is followed by Paschatkarma or post-purification measures, which advises a diet and lifestyle that is harmonious with one’s constitution. Bedridden, wheelchair bound and critically ill patients cannot be treated here. NOTE : • All our package rates include the cost of all consultations, treatments, massages, oils, herbs, accommodation, yoga, meditation, food and the clothes we provide for you on arrival. • It also includes pick up and drop from Coimbatore or Cochin airports. (The two nearest airports). • Individual treatment will be decided solely by the Vaidya, as per the individual’s requirement, after an extensive consultation process.

Thiruvananthapuram International Airport (TRV) is the nearest airport to Kalari Rasayana, located approximately 60 km away. The retreat can be reached in about 90 minutes by road through Kerala's scenic coastal and backwater landscapes. Complimentary airport transfers from Thiruvananthapuram Airport are included as part of the wellness program, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests.

Railway Connectivity

Kollam Junction is the nearest major railway station to Kalari Rasayana, located approximately 30 km from the retreat. The station is well connected to major cities across Kerala and India, including Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. Guests can reach the retreat in about 45 to 60 minutes by taxi or a pre-arranged transfer.

Roadway Connectivity

Kalari Rasayana is located in Paravoor, Kollam district, Kerala, and is easily accessible by road from Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kochi, and other major cities in South India. The retreat is well connected via National Highway 66 and Kerala's state road network, making travel by private car, taxi, or chauffeur-driven transfer convenient. Surrounded by lush greenery and serene backwaters, the journey to Kalari Rasayana offers a peaceful introduction to Kerala's natural beauty and the retreat's restorative environment.

Patients staying for 2 weeks or less are provided with two sets of complementary cotton Pyjama suits, which increase according to the duration of the stay.
Pack light if you do not intend to travel elsewhere other than to Prakriti Shakti.
You could skip shawls, as we provide them when the evenings get cold.
Kindly carry your own swimwear.
You will find a full set of organic toiletries in the bathroom, except for deodorant, which we request you do not wear during your time with us.

Please pack a pair of flip-flops and a comfortable pair of walking shoes.
