The Destress Retreat at AyurGem Ayurveda Yoga & Wellness Retreat, Munnar, is a focused program designed to relieve mental fatigue, anxiety, and chronic stress through the restorative power of classical Ayurveda and mindful wellness practices.

The retreat begins with a detailed consultation with our qualified Ayurvedic physician, who designs a personalized treatment plan targeting the root causes of stress and nervous imbalance. Two dedicated therapy sessions per day — each lasting 60 minutes to 2 hours — may include Shirodhara, Abhyanga, Thalapothichil, Nasyam, Pizhichil, and other targeted therapies to calm the nervous system and restore mental clarity. All treatments are administered by experienced therapists under continuous medical supervision.

The program is available in 8-night and 14-night formats. Final treatment protocols are confirmed only after the initial doctor consultation upon arrival.
